Marketing Assistant

We manufacture and distribute innovative products made with quality materials, paired with the ultimate customer care. As we grow our product lines, we are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support one of our lines and report to our Product Development Director. This position has a variety of responsibilities, in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate should have a degree in Business, Marketing or similar and a strong interest in product development and long-term career growth. Any potential candidates should possess strong prioritization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with managers from product development, graphic design and sales to support department objectives, goals, and project completion timelines

Support development of new item designs and specifications

Coordinate and execute details related to new product launches

Assist with communication with overseas office and factories, including but not limited to quotations, specifications, samples, and marketing collateral

Coordinate and develop marketing materials to be used by the Sales Department on calls, tradeshows, and presentations

Support analysis of current market, trends, and designs

Assist with creation of graphics deliverables

Update and maintain product database

Create internal reports and tracking

Develop, publish, and maintain internal technical documents

Perform other duties as assigned relevant to product development

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree: Business/Marketing/Communications or similar

Solution oriented and strong prioritizing skills

Analytical skills, attention to detail

Intermediate MS Office skills
