Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategiesCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInMonitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely mannerConduct research on industry trends and competitor social media activitiesGenerate monthly reports on social media performance using analytics toolsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaignsStay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging trends
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of social media analytics and reportingProficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or BufferCreative thinking and ability to generate engaging contentKnowledge of current social media trends and best practices
