We have communities of remote employees across the US - join our team and see why we are so excited to work here!Role Overview:The Marketing Manager will manage the editorial calendar, coordinate with vendors, support event planning, and assist in website redesign and management. This position is perfect for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to grow!Key Responsibilities:Editorial Calendar Management:Develop and maintain the editorial calendar, including blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social media content.Coordinate the recording schedules and content release dates to ensure consistency and momentum.Link various content pieces together and ensure timely sharing and promotion.

Vendor Management:Manage relationships with content vendors.Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of content.

Event Support:Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring they integrate with the editorial calendar.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage event logistics and promotion.Provide support during events, including content creation and on-site coordination.

Content Creation:Develop social media and blog posts aligning with the company's branding and messaging.Generate content from new and existing materials, such as creating blog posts from podcast transcripts.Implement a strategy for recycling content to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

Nurture Campaigns:Develop and manage nurture campaigns for different audience segments, including current clients and partners.Create tailored content for various partner channels and industry segments.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Strategic Projects:Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic marketing projects.Work with the Head of Revenue to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Support other marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a marketing or related role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital analytics tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing strategies.Experience with vendor management and event planning is a plus.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Interview Process:At Decimal, we know the hiring process can be overwhelming and confusing, but we want to be transparent with you so that you don't have to guess and you can focus on being your best self!
