Marketing and Events Manager

Overview:

Ringrose Law, a highly esteemed legal firm based in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire is excited to announce, due to our recent expansion, a new opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Events specialist to work with our Head of Marketing to deliver the firm-wide Marketing strategy.You will be a dynamic and organised individual who brings creativity to all marketing activities.The position is full time. Location to be confirmed (Lincoln or Sleaford).

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Marketing with the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the business, in line with Firms objectives and core values

Provide organisational support, administration, and attendance at corporate, networking and internal events.

Assist with marketing support for the nine offices across the region

Oversee the ongoing maintenance of the existing website, liaising with the external website design team as necessary.

Oversee internal staff communications via the staff intranet by regularly adding and creating content

Oversee the Firms social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

Experience in writing content for press releases, marketing and website content

Liaise with other relevant third-party providers of marketing collateral for the firm.

Skills and Qualities Required:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a marketing and events role.

Marketing or similar degree-level education.

Proven experience working in a marketing environment.

Strong awareness and understanding of multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite, and Wordpress.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.

Experience using Canva or other similar design software

Personal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mind-set

Helpful, accommodating attitude – a great team player.

Additional Requirements:

Driving licence and access to a car essential as there will be some travel to all of our office locations as and when required.
