Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge, skills, and experience to assist in implementing and driving marketing strategies for our social media channels, attract potential customers, and nurture existing relationships to generate and convert leads.This position is in-office and can be based at our Burlington, Ontario or Warren, New Jersey locations.Responsibilities

The list below highlights the essential job responsibilities but is not exhaustive.Assist in the creation of a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives.Partner closely with sales, service, and parts teams to drive targeted marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and product promotion.Organize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, trade shows, and traditional media, ensuring consistency and impact.Develop relevant content tailored to each social media platform, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to enhance thought leadership and engagement.Support the optimization of content for SEO to improve online visibility and drive traffic.Create content that resonates with our target audience's needs and pain points, including clear and compelling calls-to-action to drive desired actions.Conduct A/B testing with varied content formats, CTAs, and targeting options to identify which methods yield the highest conversion rates.Collaborate with the team to design and optimize landing pages that align with social media campaigns.Closely monitor the performance of social media campaigns and use analytics to measure lead generation metrics.Develop sales enablement tools, including sales presentations, collateral, white papers, and customer success stories.Organize and manage internal and external events, including industry trade shows. Play a key role in showcasing our innovative solutions, engaging with customers and industry experts to enhance brand presence and foster relationships.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for social media marketing.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years experience in B2B Marketing, Communications, or related roles.Working knowledge of Wordpress, GA4, Google search console, Canva, and an eagerness to learn more.Nice to have: Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and organizing abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.A team player with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at the same time.What We Offer
