An ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a love for deciphering data, and the ability to transform insights into impactful marketing strategies. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing campaigns, measuring performance, and providing valuable insights to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.Who you are:Marketing Experience:

Whether you’ve been on the marketing side or experienced it as a user, your familiarity with Google SEM, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Display ads, etc. is highly valued.Analytical Skills:

Demonstrate proficiency in framing goals, data gathering, logical reasoning, root cause diagnosis, and drawing meaningful conclusions.Positive and Empowered Attitude:

Thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment where your contribution truly matters.Communication Skills:

Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills, adapting your style to different audiences. Slack emojis and clever puns are embraced; you’ll have the chance to interact with the CEO directly.Technical Proficiency:

The ability to learn SQL, ChatGPT, Business Intelligence charts, and Excel. Python is a bonus.Education:

A Bachelor’s degree with a stellar academic record in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a similar STEM concentration.Location:
