Craft and execute marketing strategies that align with Quickly Hire’s mission.Content Creation:
Use your creativity and AI to produce engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.Campaign Management:
Plan and monitor marketing campaigns to boost outreach and engagement.Market Research:
Stay ahead of trends and competitor activities, using insights to shape strategies.Brand Management:
Elevate Quickly Hire's brand identity with consistent, high-quality communications.Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with teams and partners to ensure alignment with company goals.Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on marketing efforts, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, talent acquisition, and operations teams to support company initiatives.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS business or startup.Highly creative in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that effectively engage, inform, and motivate customers.Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot: Proven track record of leveraging HubSpot for advanced CRM management, automation workflows, segmentation, campaign execution, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.Strong communication and collaboration skills: Crafts clear and persuasive content.Proactive Approach: Sees opportunities and drives solutions independently.Strategic Thinking: Develop strategies that achieve goals and engage the audience.Keen Attention to Detail: Maintains a meticulous work ethic, ensuring every detail aligns with the overall strategy for success.Analytical Mindset: Uses data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.Alignment with Quickly Hire Values: Understands and commits to Quickly Hire’s mission and values.Ownership mindset: Dedicated to seeing projects through from start to finish.Compensation:Expected Salary Range:
