Marketing and Communications Coordinator II – North AmericaAs a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Vanderlande in the North American market, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing marketing communication strategies to elevate brand awareness and enhance visibility within the region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing endeavors while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative industry.Responsibilities:As a proactive and adaptable Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will:Collaborate closely with Vanderlande headquarters in Veghel and sales management in North America to align marketing communication efforts with business objectives.Collaborate with Vanderlande headquarters to develop an overall brand strategy for N.A.Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and customer workshops. You'll oversee logistics and provide on-site support as necessary.Serve as the liaison between our PR agency and the North American sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Work with PR Agency to develop relevant content for N.A.Join all calls with PR Agency that are relevant to N.A.

Utilize Google Analytics/Key WordsDevelop relationships and campaign utilizing client testimonials/reference sitesCollaborate and Develop content specific to North American website. Ensure the website is accurate and relevant.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels and materials specific to North America, in consultation with HQ in the Netherlands and other TALG companies.Lead and Support online campaigns in North America, coordinating efforts with both HQ in Veghel and sales colleagues in North America.Facilitate social media employee advocacy initiatives.Communicate and collaborate effectively across a complex matrix within our diverse and multinational B2B organization.Explore/Experiment with Lead Generation Software for N.A.Work with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to develop industry specific content.Assist and Coordinate with BDM on marketing responsibilities.Collaborate/Share Ideas between TICO companiesRequirements:A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.2+ years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, or related roles within an international B2B environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A pragmatic and hands-on approach, driven to achieve excellent results.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
