Store Marketing Manager

is responsible for driving retail marketing processes, including project initiation, material creation, and timelines from concept through to in-store execution.A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:Drive the process on creative, copy, timing and hierarchy for store marketing to submit to Designers and gain necessary approvals.Oversee coordination and execution of all in-store marketing for all Pacsun and Pacsun Outlet Stores.Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate the creation and execution of in-store marketing needs.Drive timelines internally to ensure on-time launches in stores.Act as consultant to anticipate and present store marketing ideas and options to senior-level Merchants and Executives.Represent Store Marketing at cross-functional and executive-level meetings to provide input and solutions regarding in-store execution, evaluate, and react to marketing needs.Own the in-store marketing & signage creation process, from Merchants’ requests to creative briefs, to content development, input for Designers, Merchant approvals, and in-store execution. This includes but is not limited to sign kits, DIY signage, imagery-based and specialty signage, seasonal promo signage, internal/external brand signage, chain-wide coupon or Gift With Purchase initiatives, and lease line collateral (windows, clings, and easels).Work closely with Merchants, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing Design and Production teams on in-store signage needs and special projects.Review all Window, Seasonal, Elements and Visual guides/directives to ensure accuracy of marketing direction.Coordinate and facilitate the creation of additional marketing elements for key flagship locations. · Make strategic recommendations for Retail Test Initiatives.Manage the weekly creation, maintenance and communication of rolling marketing calendars.Partner with Store Operations and Visual Merchandising teams regarding store marketing communication to the Field (e.g., coupon distribution, marketing placement, major sale).Oversee production of in-store marketing. Build and maintain relationship with print vendors, work through print and distribution timelines, and manage special installation communication with the Field.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customer-facing marketing packages to support new store openings, store closings, remodels/relocations.Oversee the development of collateral for all internal PacSun HQ marketing projects.Coordinate marketing elements for the floor set review; attend Mock Store walkthroughs of live floor set, acting as a liaison between Merchants and Executives to facilitate their vision.Coordinate the marketing coupon set-up process, and analysis of redemption data which is sent to CRM Director to evaluate ROI and Customer response to various strategies.Partner with mall landlords on advertisement opportunities, ensuring all lease required advertising is met annually.What it takes to Join:Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and partner across many functional teams and levels both within the organization and externallyFashion/apparel industry background with focus on brand knowledge and trends5-7 years’ experience in retail marketing2 + years manager experienceExpertise with Microsoft office must include Word, Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated and solution-oriented with the ability to bring strong creative ideas to the tableDetailed oriented, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines a mustStrong interpersonal and group communication and listening skills are vitalAbility to development strong successful Business Partnerships Developing the Community/ Leadership Qualities:Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality, setting the example for leaders and associates.Develop and nurture strong cross functional partnerships, driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.Serve as a Pacsun advocate in the industry and marketplace.Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers performance excellence.As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct.Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.Salary Range:

This is a full-time position.As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be re\quired during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
