Portland, OR or New York, NY.Role Overview:Chegg is looking for a Senior Manager of Growth to own our account-based marketing strategy and execution for university partnerships channel. You will own revenue management, growth strategy with this partner, conversion rate optimization, forecasting, and experimentation while working with key stakeholders marketing, sales, product, data science, and finance.The ideal candidate will have a track record leading the growth of a business unit. You should be excited to build and communicate a forward-looking growth plan, identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, and then lead projects with cross-functional team members to execute against that vision.You’ll guide the marketing, sales, product, and partnerships teams to identify, validate and prioritize the critical initiatives that will accelerate our topline growth. You’ll advocate for growth priorities, and ensure those teams are aligned to key priorities and are held accountable to delivering against those expectations. You’ll analyze key trends and identify opportunities to improve new program development with instructional design team members.You’ll work closely with the analytics & finance teams to translate the business unit’s growth strategy into a forecast and use clear data to measure and communicate the success of that strategy. You’ll ensure that key leaders & stakeholders across Chegg have transparency into that forecast, the levers that drive it, how/why performance varies against our expectations, and our plan to address challenges and drive sustained growth month-over month and year-over-year.Key Responsibilities:Own the strategy, budget, forecast & execution for all growth initiatives within university partnership spaceIdentify and communicate channel revenue growth, key trends, and future opportunities to key internal stakeholders.Lead cross-functional initiatives between product, marketing, and sales that test new ways to accelerate growth through iterative and MVP experimentation.Serve as an external-facing team member and growth expert with CheggWork with product, marketing & sales leaders to develop a growth roadmap, balancing long-term investments against near-term KPIs and targets.Iterate and optimize the University partnership funnel to ensure we’re effectively converting leads into target accounts.Ensure key leaders & stakeholders have weekly and monthly transparency into growth expectations, performance against those expectations, future outlook, and the larger strategy to achieve our goals.Requirements :You’ve successfully led cross-functional initiatives to accelerate revenue growth at a fast growing company with a critical and complex growth function.Can successfully own a forecast (or P&L) for a growth channel and consistently meet/exceed targets and advise on strategic adjustments.Strong track record of successfully identifying, validating, & implementing growth initiatives.Fluent with conversion rate optimization, financial forecasting, project management, B2B partnerships, and growth strategy.Strategic & analytical operator who can define the right initiatives & priorities using data while moving fast in ambiguous & fast-changing environments.Proven ability to be accountable for diverse functions & people with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product, data analytics, engineering and finance on cross-functional initiatives.You work tirelessly to elevate diverse perspectives and voices within a team and culture.You have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. Experience in channel growth and B2B partnerships is highly considered.The pay range for this position is $100,853 to $249,730. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
