Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director responsible for two companies, primarily overseeing marketing efforts for four clinics located in four different towns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness, capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence to ensure a user-friendly experience and strong search engine performance.
Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Organize and execute community outreach programs and events to build relationships and promote the benefits of chiropractic care.
Ability to travel to our four office locations regularly to ensure consistency in marketing efforts, collaborate with on-site teams, and address location-specific needs.
Convert leads into clients by engaging with potential patients at various venues, such as health fairs, community events, and local partnerships.
Develop target follow-up strategies and personalized communication to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (preferred 3+ years) in a marketing role, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Driver's License
Valid Vehicular Insurance
Reliable Transportation (the Field Marketing Manager is responsible for visiting the Bozeman, Billings, Helena, and Missoula clinics)
