Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Benefits and Life Producer, responsible for selling both medical and life insurance policies to clients. As a Producer, you will be responsible for working with individuals and businesses to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and facilitate the purchase of insurance policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and new business.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
Perform all duties related to open enrollment season for new Medicare clients.
Qualifications:
All required licensing for Medicare Insurance as stated by the government.
Broad knowledge of life insurance.
Motivated and proficient in selling new policies.
