Multimedia communications and video play a critical role in visual storytelling that engages, informs and inspires how we are working to meet these societal needs. We are looking for an experienced Senior Video Production Specialist to join our in-house creative agency to produce impactful communications.What you will do

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality video content from concept to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively. As the Senior Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for many aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution.About you

Skills and QualificationsMore than 10 years of production experience working as a director of photography / editorBachelor’s degree in video production, film, communications, or similar disciplineExperience working with various types of video cameras and a wide range of video production equipmentExpertise in Davinci Resolve 18/19Expertise in Sony broadcast/cinema camera systemsStrong reel, available online with a focus on table top and lifestyle content.Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Blackmagic Fusion).Knowledge of color grading and audio editing techniques.Experience with live events a plus (e.g., switching, camera op, technical director)Studio lighting experience is a plusPhotography experience is a plusAbility to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutionsStrong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict version/quality controlCreative self-starter with visual storytelling experience through multimediaAbility to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of colleaguesCollaborating with multiple teams, the Senior Video Production Specialist will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to align on project needs, creative development, resources and scheduleAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
