This individual would have a diverse skill set that spans content creation, drone operation, and sign installation, ensuring our marketing and operational needs are met with creativity, precision, and technical expertise.The Marketing Specialist should conceptualize and capture engaging content. Success depends on your ability to tell a story for various channels that can be viewed onscreen. You must have keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, requiring originality, creativity, determination, and self-discipline.Our channels include websites, blogs, social media, conferences, podcasts, digital advertising, email, and search engine campaigns. We need someone who can optimize visual content assets for multiple digital and social marketing uses to promote engagement.As a drone operator, the candidate should have a solid understanding of photography and videography, ensuring we are marketing our property listings effectively. This service provides immense value to clients and landowners looking to sell or invest in land and commercial real estate assets. Content would include high-altitude shots that provide an all-encompassing view of the property and its location, low-altitude shots that are more attractive and romantic, and any other content-worthy photo and video that can be used for social media or other marketing efforts. Candidates are required to have an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate or the ability to obtain it within the first 30 days.Sign installation is another valuable service that exposes our property listings to the local and traveling communities surrounding a certain parcel.
