Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

The Sierra Manager of Marketing is responsible for implementation and oversight of the multi-channel brand marketing strategy intended to drive short and long term growth of the brand. This includes development of a distinct brand platform that informs annual marketing and communication plans, and all resulting advertising, content development and distribution, and paid media channels.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Sierra, this individual will lead marketing programs designed to generate growth in the Sierra business by building brand awareness and driving traffic to Sierra Stores & eCommerce. The Manager of Marketing works closely with a team of internal Marketers as well as cross-functional partners, ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives and support the brand’s overall growth plan.

Who We Are Looking For:

Works with the AVPD Sierra, Internal and Agency partners, develops strategy, platform & campaign for Sierra brand.Drives strategy for creative & manages production of all marketing campaigns for Sierra including: Video, Seasonal campaigns, Paid Social Media, Audio, Partnerships; ensures connectivity with internal campaigns including email, signage, owned channels (organic social, website, email)Drives direction (in partnership with TJX Media & Agency) on media strategies, budget allocation and placements based on Annual Marketing PlansLeads Integrated Agency Team (IAT) to develop & execute multifaceted campaignsPartners with TJX Consumer Insights team to understand macro and environmental trends and their impact on the Sierra brand positioning and shopping experience; influences audience strategy & measurement strategies for key initiativesSets marketing direction and oversee team on execution of Quarterly & Monthly Marketing strategiesEnsures marketing spend is on budget and that funds are allocated to generate high-impact results with maximum efficiency.Fosters strong relationships across TJX divisions and within Sierra to support seamless partnership with marketing.Attracts, assesses, retains, and develops talent by creating an environment that provides direction, continuous learning and development, and commitment to common vision and shared values.Develops successors and talent pools for key positions across the corporation. Provides accurate timely developmental feedback to all team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or communications or equivalent experience10-15 years of Marketing experience for an advertising agency or BTC business, preferably in retail or fashion/home fashionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills resulting in effective communication and collaboration.Interest in home fashion/fashion trends, pop culture, media news and digitally savvySkilled user of Microsoft Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Social MediaAbility to build relationships with all levels within an organizationDeep listening and inquiryCollaborative, participatory decision-makerInnovative, calculated risk-taker who learns from mistakes

This position has a starting salary range of $111,300 to $144,800 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive.

This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the office in Framingham and is not open to remote.
