The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships in the community with local hospitals. Drive census growth and increase brand awareness.
Duties- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve census targets- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital case managers.- Meet with patients and families as needed to present facility information.
Requirements- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related medical field-specifically skilled nursing facility/long-term care.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
