The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Los Angeles sales team, the Senior Marketing Director for the West Region, and the broader marketing, creative, and research teams to support our strategic vision of enhancing the customer journey throughout Los Angeles and crafting solutions to build brands. Will be responsible for developing superior presentations, sales tools, and distributing insights on how OUTFRONT Los Angeles strategically fits into the greater media landscape. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, expert writing abilities, strong verbal and presentation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.Your ResponsibilitiesCreate customized presentations and media packages utilizing new and existing OOH products, incorporating research insights to provide tailored customer solutions.Develop materials for specific audience segments, locations, and events in the Los Angeles market.Maintain and update local media kits, materials, incentives, and all Los Angeles collateral for both internal and external use.Utilize all available research tools to generate comprehensive insights supporting Los Angeles assets and audiences.Develop category and prospecting strategies based on recent trade publications, media spend, and creative executions for the sales team to leverage.Write, develop, and maintain content for Los Angeles on outfrontmedia.com.Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director and the broader marketing team on various projects, including all phases from brainstorming to creation, delivery, and follow-up.Lead weekly sales meetings and marketing calls with the entire team.Your QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.5-6 years of marketing experience, with a preference for out of home/advertising experience.Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.Ability to take initiative and introduce new ideas with a focus on forward-thinking strategies.Strong understanding of marketing/advertising and how OUTFRONT Media fits into the broader industry landscape.Proficiency in lead generation tools such as D&B Hoovers and ZoomInfo.A strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.Experience in copywriting for marketing materials.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment requiring a high degree of productivity and organization.Must be both a team player and a self-starter.The salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
