### About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our strategic vision and enhancing operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to improve sales and marketing performance, streamline processes, and support our growth objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness.Collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term goals for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.Encourage cross-functional teamwork to align with strategic objectives.

#### Sales Operations Management

Optimize sales processes and workflows to increase productivity and revenue.Lead teams to create and execute successful sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics.Ensure collaboration between sales and marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

#### Marketing Operations Oversight

Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.Manage marketing operations, including automation, campaign performance, and budgeting.Work with the marketing team to improve branding, messaging, and market strategies.

#### Operational Excellence

Drive efficiency by focusing on process optimization, cost management, and resource allocation.Develop performance metrics to assess and enhance operational effectiveness.Improve supply chain, logistics, and customer service operations for smooth delivery.

#### Team Leadership and Development

Inspire and cultivate high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.Identify and develop key talent within the organization.

#### Financial Management

Oversee budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.Analyze financial performance, address discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

#### Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership.Provide regular updates on performance, strategic initiatives, and operational enhancements to senior leadership.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

### Qualifications

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.**Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales, and marketing, including 5 years in a senior role.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in driving operational excellence and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

### Position Details

**Location**: Remote**Salary Range**: $165,000 to $175,000 with a growth incentive plan
