If you’re looking for a place that helps you do the best work of your career, look no further than BILL.Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech CompanyReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Product and Customer Marketing is responsible for leading a team for product and customer marketers who are the driving force behind getting products to market and growing their impact on customers and the business. Utilizing user research, market insights, and product understanding you will develop systems and processes that enable the team to represent the voice of the customer - before, during, and after product launches. You and your team will be responsible for driving product adoption, retention, advocacy, and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Regularly assess market intelligence, influence product strategy and roadmap, own positioning, and orchestrate the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for BILL.Develop the messaging and positioning of BILL's products to equip sales teams to identify opportunities, close deals, support successful launches, and drive customer adoption through market-facing communications and touchpoints.Communicate the value proposition of BILL's product and services to the sales team and develop compelling sales tools that support a high-velocity sales motion at BILL.Gain a deep understanding of BILL's products and partner with Product and Sales leadership to articulate product value in a way that resonates with SMB customers while differentiating BILL.Work with Finance and Product teams on pricing and product offerings for different segments to maximize revenue, profitability, and increase total payment volume (TPV).Gather, analyze, and respond to competitive intelligence, including win/loss analysis, that keeps our customer-facing teams confident and educated on how to articulate the BILL value proposition.Continuously improve product-market fit, trial conversion, pipeline conversion rates, and Net dollar and unit retention rates.Track and utilize metrics for product market fit, funnel conversions, win rates, product adoption rates (Ad Valorem penetration rate), and customer retention rates to execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis.We’d love to chat if you have:15+ years of experience in B2B marketing or product with a strong focus on messaging and positioning. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
