We believe everyone has a message to share and we want to make it as easy as possible for visionary entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders to share their message!40 hours a week full-time role as a Video Editor.You will work with our podcast manager to edit raw footage into podcast form, adding epic intros & captions.You will also edit the podcast videos into epic short-form content and post them with photos to our social media accounts.Get excited to be on a team of epic changemakers and learn the skills for leadership as we expand; you have the opportunity to help build out our editing team!Work from anywhere and on your time zone.Work with the world’s foremost leaders, founders, and visionaries.Start immediately (like tomorrow!).Complete edits of podcasts, making them from raw form into a final quality product by adding intros and captions.Complete short-form edits of podcasts into reels and short-form videos; for each podcast, we look for 10-30 short-form clips to edit into reels and send to the clients.Find solutions that help optimize the editing and delivery process, focusing on quality edits.Post to social media, including pictures, captions, and edited videos.Minimum Qualifications:Experience working with Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects.Motivated by impact and driven by wanting to help others.Embody trust and dependability.Can proactively tackle complex problems and offer creative solutions.Constantly improving and a proactive leader who solves problems.Deep emotional and social intelligence (aka you care about people).Compensation: $500 a month.We are looking for ambitious individuals ready to learn new skills, grow fast, and push the limits on what they can achieve. This role develops leaders who are humble, caring, courageous, action-oriented, and above all, do the right thing even when it's difficult.If you're up for a challenge and want to grow, this is the place for you. Expert in Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects is required.Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps like ClickUp, Monday, Asana is preferred.Most importantly, you know how to hop on YouTube and be resourceful to figure things out and GET RESULTS!We are excited to work with you; we are hiring ASAP!!
