Job Description:
Your Team:
The Design Studio & Marketing Assistant will support the design studio team and our homebuyers with the option and design selection process. This role requires a dynamic individual with great interpersonal and customer service skills. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are needed to work with buyers during the exciting selection process. This is a very physical position requiring heavy lifting and the upkeep of the design studio.
Your Key Deliverables:
Design Studio Responsibilities:
Design Studio upkeep/organization
Administrative assistance to Design Studio Director and design staff
Review and process customer option and design selections
Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
Greet and check in customers at front desk
Schedule customer appointments, prepare lot files
Create and maintain collateral and diagrams
Rebate Reporting
Order office supplies
Maintain product literature and warranty information
Schedule maintenance for Design Studios as required
Assist with new neighborhood set-up
Attend team meetings and vendor product trainings
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
Set up new contractors for AP purposes, etc.
Assist with P Card expense reports
Create and distribute solar letters
Create Homeowner Welcome letters & review contract packages
Assist with logging checks & Check requests
Creating labels/folders for new communities
Assist with Scanning closed files or DRE packages
Create lot files and maintain scanning and filing
Load photos and Matterport tours to the website
Assist with contract creation and purchase orders
Approve utility invoices
Sales Office supply needs (mats, umbrellas, Pura, handouts, keychains, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented
Must have strong customer service skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office & Excel. Experience with Publisher and Adobe a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A quick learner and ability to prioritize tasks helpful
High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience is required. Builder experience is a plus.
Your Opportunity:
Competitive compensation
Base salary range: $55,000 - $71,000
Bonus potential: 10%
