In our journey, we’ve collaborated with a vast array of restaurants, from local favorites to renowned chains like IHOP and Subway, crafting custom-tailored marketing strategies combined with our proprietary tech and software.Position Overview:As a Public Relations & Media Strategy Coordinator at Dineline, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s brand visibility and reputation, particularly within the restaurant industry. Your responsibilities will include securing top-tier media placements, managing relationships with media outlets, and coordinating high-profile podcast guest bookings. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing and video teams to produce engaging content that positions Dineline as a thought leader in the industry. This role requires a proactive, organized individual with a passion for media relations and a strong understanding of the restaurant and hospitality sectors.Key Responsibilities:Media Relations : Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, particularly in the Miami area, to secure features and coverage. For example, you might draft a press release about a new partnership Dineline has secured, reach out to local Miami media outlets to pitch the story, follow up with journalists you’ve previously contacted, and arrange interviews for the CEO with relevant publications.Podcast Coordination : Book and manage logistics for high-profile podcast guests in the

restaurant industry , ensuring a seamless experience from invitation to in-person recording.Influencer Partnerships:

Establish and manage partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in the restaurant space.Press Releases : Write and distribute press releases to enhance the company’s visibility and attract media interest.Content Collaboration : Work with the video editing team to produce high-quality, engaging podcast clips and media content. For example, identify the most engaging moments from a recent podcast episode, providing feedback on how to edit clips for maximum impact. Ensure the clips are ready to be shared on social media and other platforms.Event Coordination : Organize and execute events featuring key industry figures to boost the company’s presence in the restaurant industry. For example, plan and coordinate a networking event that will bring together top restaurant owners and influencers in Miami.Required Skills and Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality or SaaS industry.Proficiency in writing press releases and other media-related content.Education, training or certifications in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, media relations, digital communications or related fields.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining media relationships.Experience in coordinating events and managing logistics for high-profile guests.Familiarity with the media landscape and established
