The collaboration of engineering, manufacturing, and top-notch quality standards provide customers with exemplary manufacturing solutions and premium products.Lead Tool and Die Designer Responsibilities:
Working, hands-on positionDesign and develop dies and fixtures for productionSchedule and oversee production of Tool and Die makers/designersMonitor efficiency of Tool and Die makers/designersEstablish benchmarks and goals for the departmentEnsure schedules are metLead Tool and Die Designer Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in a design/engineering role required.3-5 years experience in a lead or supervisor role is highly desired.Experience in steel, forging, or stamping preferredBlueprint reading required.Proficient in CAD/CAM and Solidworks requiredMachining and CNC programming background requiredReporting Relationships:
In this position, you will report to the Plant Manager providing regular updates and insights.What We Offer:
