Req #2472Monday, August 19, 2024Alliant Insurance is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist I for our Senior Savings Network office in North Charleston, SC!POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:• Full-time operating at 37.5 hours, benefits eligible• Onsite at our office: 3955 Faber Pl Dr #205, North Charleston, SC 29405SUMMARYResponsible for developing and evaluating performance of marketing communications campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels, including web, search, display, video, social media, and email.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Focus Areas with an emphasis in 1-2 areas:Web Content:

Develop and support the website content strategy through the development and management of original content for use in websites, blogs, videos, newsletters, graphics, and other digital media. Monitor and report on results.Social Media:

Develop and support the social media content strategy through the development and management of social media communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). Create and post content across social media channels. Monitor and report on results.Email Marketing:

Develop and support the email content strategy through the development and management of email marketing campaigns and databases. Monitor and report on results.Video Marketing:

Support the video content strategy through development and management of video marketing campaigns. Manage studio resources and coordinate webinars. Monitor and report on results.Other Digital Marketing Duties:

Research and advise on best practices. Develop and display a deep working knowledge of one of the digital channels. Collaborate with internal teams and analyze analytics from websites to determine success or failure and make recommendations to optimize user experience.Special Projects:

Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and external committees; assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent work experience.Two (2) or more years professional marketing/digital experience, such as developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies.Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other digital design software, email marketing software, and social media management software.Strong verbal and written proficiencies in the English language.Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Pay-Per-Click, Marketo, SilverPop, Hubspot, and other marketing automation and/or CRM tools as well as writing code such as HTML, HTML5, and CSS.SKILLSWorking knowledge of insurance services industries preferred.Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices, and terminology preferred.Skill in developing effective communication materials.Skill in negotiating and problem-solving to resolve internal and external conflicts.Skill in the use of office equipment including computer, fax, printer, telephone system, etc.Skill in time management and organization.Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with other management members, employees, and the general public.Skill in project management.Proficient computer skills (Microsoft/Office Suite software preferred – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Content Management Software).Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a constructive manner.Ability to engage in effective interpersonal interaction, verbal communication, and written communication.Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests.Ability to maintain all company policies, including confidentiality and safety policies.Ability to actively contribute to team effort.Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evening and weekend hours as needed.
