Talis Group’s client is the leading independently owned home building company in the Louisville Metro area. Dedicated to crafting exceptional homes, they are looking for a
Sales Manager
to lead sales and marketing strategies, and create a culture of collaboration and trust. This role calls for a dynamic and results-driven person to oversee all aspects of the sales department, set strategic goals, and ensure the team’s success.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management , preferably
within the home building or related industry. Office located in Clarksville, IN.Salary: $125,000 + bonus program .

Highlighted Duties:
Set sales goals and develop strategies achieve themMentor, manage, and motivate sales team membersIdentify and act on new growth opportunitiesWork with marketing and operations to optimize lead generationConduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with sales teamDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersPrepare sales reports and forecasts as requiredHighlighted Requirements:
