As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and successfully managing tech and marketing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Actively listen to client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding client accounts.
Participate in sales pitches and presentations to showcase our tech and marketing capabilities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute tech and marketing projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Allocate resources, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track and on budget.
Collaborate with various teams, including design, development, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Provide accurate project cost estimates and forecasts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Track project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to clients and internal management.
Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery.
