Overall Responsibilities:

Write professional, well organized estimates

Organize and manage multiple contents and cleaning projects simultaneously

Create change orders as needed and invoices for completed jobs

Provide timely communications with customers

Maintain acceptable sales levels and profit margins

Explain procedures for handling non-salvageable items

Maintain detailed job notes and job status updates in DASH

Responsible for maintaining clean and safe job sites

Be available for on call emergency services and after-hours work

Job Requirements:

2+ years experience handling contents cleaning and restoration

Experience writing insurance claim estimates using Xactimate estimating software is a plus

Experience with Assured software is a plus

Ability to lead and motivate others on a daily basis in a positive manner

Professional appearance and demeanor

Works well in a team environment / Self-motivated / Strong organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality and exceptional customer service

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Managing Customer and client satisfaction and representing and improving brand operations

Networking and building relationships with partners and Centers of Influence

Assigning jobs, managing production teams while overseeing scheduling, completion of work orders and assuming role of production manager as needed

In house Human Resources management, overseeing all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily office management.

Overseeing status of small and large-loss jobs and communicating processes with management and ownership.

Maintaining inventory for equipment, vehicles and facilities related maintenance.

Ensure clear communication with entire staff, ability to manage relationships.

Aptitude with record keeping, easily accessing information and communicating ‘ the message’

Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
