Enterprise Retail Client12 month Contract100% RemoteAs a member of our Experience Team at Gap, Inc., you'll shape how partners and business users engage with our multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands. Gap, Inc. is seeking a Sr. User Experience Designer (UX). In this role, you will independently partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment, participating in every stage of the design and build process - from research, journey mapping, user flows, and exploratory design sprints to wireframing, prototyping, delivery of high-fidelity designs, and iteration with product and engineering through the development process.You have excellent interaction and visual design skills and can communicate design thinking and rationale, leading and influencing during design discussions with partners and leaders. Experience with complex enterprise applications is a plus. A passion for fantastic user experience and empathy is a must. A resume and portfolio are required upon application to this position. Be prepared to present and speak to previous and relevant work during interviews.Responsibilities:

Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience.Problem Scoping and Solving:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying user needs and business requirements. Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.Qualifications:

7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions.Ideally 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer).Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel or other team management tools.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
