Our goal is to connect customers to our clients' efficient and reliable networks, offering hassle-free and top-tier service. As we continue to represent tech giants and expand our footprint throughout Detroit, we are thrilled to add a new Telecommunications Sales Associate to our team.

The Role:

The Telecommunications Sales Associate works directly with our clients’ local customer base to create brand awareness and identify products or services that meet their needs. The role of the Telecommunications Sales Associate is to display the highest level of professionalism when answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and recommending products or services to customers. For this reason, we are seeking Telecommunications Sales Associates who are driven, personable and committed to delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a given territory to educate them on the telecommunications products and services offered by our clientsEstablish and maintain relationships with consumers to encourage repeat business and drive salesKeep up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies to provide accurate information to customersInform customers of ongoing promotions, bundled packages and promotions, and special dealsConfidently address and resolve customer objections and concerns, demonstrating product value and tailoring solutions to customer needs to close sales effectivelyPresent ideas to the Telecommunications Sales Associate team for product improvements or new sales tactics based on customer interactions and market trendsQualifications:
