Digital Media Strategies with a focus on Email Marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is accountable for a range of essential tasks including creation, execution, and evaluation.Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Write, design, and optimize content for Email Marketing campaigns.Develop and implement Email Marketing campaigns that align with Floridacentral Credit Union's strategic objectives to increase our brand and product and service awareness. This includes conducting market research, identifying the latest industry trends and target audiences, building automated workflows as needed, and crafting engaging and informative content.Track and analyze campaign KPIs through metrics and analytics tools to optimize campaigns for better results. This includes email openings, engagement, and overall return on investment. Continually refine and optimize email marketing strategies to ensure that Floridacentral Credit Union's message adapts to changing market dynamics.Ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities under the BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations with continuing training to adhere to our internal policy and procedures.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:

Two to five years of similar or related experience. Requires an advanced level of knowledge using HubSpot and Canva or other content creation software. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proficiency with Outlook, understanding of Adobe software (Acrobat and Photoshop), and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education/Certifications/Licenses:

(1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.Interpersonal Skills:

A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Strong attention to detail. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Work involves extensive contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Outside contacts become important, and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.Other Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with other team members and external stakeholders. The ability to leverage social media, Floridacentral Credit Union's website, and advertising digital channels to generate growth, leads, and brand awareness.ADA Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergencies. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.Working Conditions:
