Read further to learn how youcould help make great things possible not only in your community, but aroundthe world.In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interviewmaterialsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusHelp file proposal and presentation material upon submittalSupport management of client relationship management and financial systems toinform reporting metrics and dashboardsMaintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsArrange for professional photography on projectsSupport development of annual and long-term strategic plans within establishedcompany direction and goals, including creating growth initiatives andprioritizing strategic investmentsSupport implementation of key growth initiatives and investments as defined inannual and long-term strategic plansSupport development and implement of client plans, including long-termstrategies to capture market share, as assignedSupport solicitation of formal client feedbackAdminister implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordancewith HDR's Matrix of AuthoritySupport content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase ourvisibility, and showcase our thought leadersSupport the development and publication of engaging digital content thatreflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadershipImplement social media campaignsSupport implementation of strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technicaltalent with industry associationsSupport creation of marketing collateral to support business developmentefforts.Support fulfilling conference sponsorship benefits, as needed.Support development of engaging internal communications content(announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).Support planning of large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferencesand recruitingTrain and mentor employees on business development and marketing bestpracticesCreate marketing collateral to support business development effortsPlan and fulfill conference sponsorship benefits, as neededDevelop engaging internal communications content (announcements,presentations, videos, webinars)Plan large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)Articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantagesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurementof professional servicesAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-person#LI-LA1Required QualificationsA minimum of 2 years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word,Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects withlimited oversightWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
