The primary role of Digital Content Creator is to produce various forms of engaging, informative and exciting digital video and imagery-based content for use across all social media / digital channels.As a Content Creator, your responsibilities would include:Brainstorming new and creative ideasAbility to communicate with media producers to ensure perfect executionInnovating and presenting new digital/offline strategiesGain a deep understanding of our products to enable you to talk openly and with confidence about themPlanning and scheduling social media posts across all channelsEngaging with followers comments, messages and questions on TikTokSole accountability for engaging with Instagram and Facebook commentsProficient with video editing programs such as CapCutInteract with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content, nurturing a sense of community and brand advocacyCreate captivating content (photos, videos, stories) showcasing our brand, products, and partnerships across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTubeUploading content to the relevant social media channelsAnalyse content performance metrics to assess success and refine future content strategiesKeeping abreast of new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends; implementing these new technologies in developing campaignsIdentifying trends and insights, and optimising content, techniques, spend and performance based on the insightsCommunicating confidently with other members of the creative teamThe ability to deliver work to deadlinesBe available for out of hours work on occasion to complete offsite content generationGeneral duties of all team members:Assist with seasonal events, including trade shows if requiredWork trade shows where required, including weekends and interstate, as neededOther duties as assigned by ManagementAbout You:Communicates effectively and collaborates with other team membersWilling to listen, learn and implement whilst having the confidence to fail and learnSound knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, evidenced by a history of creating engaging content and growing social media followingsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at storytelling and brand narrativeAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approachAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to be resilient, assertive, optimistic and open to changeDevelop video editing skills using apps/software e.g CapCut, Splice etcProactive natureWork collaboratively across departments to meet company needsPlease include links to your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with your application.Job Type: Full-timePay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionFlexitimeWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: DuelCC
