Telecommunications Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of telecommunications projects. The Project Manager will effectively interface with clients, vendors, and internal staff to efficiently drive costs down, order and implement services, and improve operational efficiencies for our clients. Follows defined process and documentation standards on all project activities.Requirements:Manage all phases of project to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and internal consistency.Develop project schedules and processes to manage user satisfaction, and the timely delivery of services.Prepare regular progress, project status, and problem resolution reports.Manage relationships with clients and vendors to ensure service requirements and specifications.Monitor time and dollar expenditures so projects and budgets meet established targets.Perform service in AVAIL’s Asset Management Product Suite.Work within AVAIL’s standard work methods and processes, maximizing technology and documenting processes.Manage MAC activity from order initiation through implementation.Perform additional tasks as needed and/or requested.Desired Qualifications/Skills:Strong organization and analytical skills with an emphasis on detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency combined with a high level of accuracy for data input.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Team player with strength in interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.Project planning and management.Knowledge of telecom vendors, services, billing, and order processes.5-7 years of telecommunications industry experience.Degree required.
