You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and demand for our solutions. You’ll work as part of a growing team in a flexible work environment where you build upon foundational skills for your marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and able to manage multiple projects across collaborative teams to complete core objectives and tasks.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and eventsSupport the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinarsConduct industry research and analyze data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapeManage content for posting on the company's website, blog, and social media platformsCollaborate with internal teams, such as product management and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectivesReport on marketing campaign performance using analytics toolsProduce marketing materials, such as presentations, videos, one-pagers, copywriting, and other promotional itemsUpdate and maintain content libraries and other shared project management spacesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in a marketing roleProficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platformsExperience with WordPress and email marketing platformsStrong writing and editing skillsFamiliarity with other key marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite)Ad agency experience is preferred but not requiredMust be local and willing to commute into our Mesa, AZ office two days a week.Desired SkillsStrong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tacticsHardworking and eager to learnSelf-starter with excellent organization and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamVerra Mobility Values
