- M and F remote, Tu - Th onsite.The Vertical Marketing Manager develops the go-to-market strategy for priority end markets such as Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality and owns the messaging for key strategic targets for each. He or she works in partnership with sales, product management, marketing agencies, and channel marketing teams to execute the “go to market” plan.Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams to achieve successful product launches.Create compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products to target audiences.Connect campaigns to product capabilities and differentiators to increase awareness and new customer acquisition.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate these insights into actionable marketing plans.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in product marketing strategies.Work closely with the channel marketing and product management to provide the sales organization with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product guides, and competitive analysis materials.Handle marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to increase return on investment and achieve marketing objectives.Will play a major role in the launch and roll out of new company brand.Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:5-7 years experience in building products with marketing, communications, or product management background. Door industry knowledge a plus, but not required.Able to develop strategies to drive demand and awareness within specific target verticals.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align product strategies, ensure successful product launches, and drive overall business success.Apply critical thinking and vision to align the team's efforts with the overall product marketing strategy.Self-driven, accountable, high integrity, open communicator, strong work ethic.Intermediate computer skills in programs such as MS suite of products.Strong project management skills.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.#LI-JH1We Help People Walk Through Walls
