Ensure Community Development maximizes its technology resources through periodic reviews and training;

In coordination with our vendor ProLink, help provide guidance to staff on how to use the system best as well as help define new functionality requirements that the vendor may be able to build into the system;

an eagerness to provide system support specific to ProLink, Procorem, and custom software that supports CHFA’s Community Development business processes and activities.

The Business Analyst II role is a hybrid position that provides system support specific to ProLink, Procorem, and custom software that supports CHFA’s Community Development business processes and activities. The Business Analyst II advocates for business needs and can translate those needs into system configurations to create necessary system functionality. The position will be reporting to the IT Solutions Manager.
