Full Time Opportunity to join our wonderful Sales Team, territory oversight will be Polk County! This will require frequent travel to our office in Tampa as well.

We are seeking a someone who has a proven track record of implementing marketing strategies, building relationships, establishing new business, and values a collaborative and fun work environment. The Home Health Director of Marketing is responsible for the Sales and Marketing team in their territory. They work closely with the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services, Referral Sources, and agency staff (both Clinical and Sales/Marketing staff). They monitor productivity of marketing staff, provides guidance and education to promote continued growth.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, college degree preferred.

2-3 years Medicare Home Health Sales and Marketing experience required; supervisory experience preferred

Training and experience in building relationships and marketing home health services to community physicians and facilities.

Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Able to travel within the community and to special events.

Capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas.
