Hours of operation:
8:30am-5:00pmProvides music therapy consultations and services to the patient and/or family in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care as an integral part of the comprehensive care services.

Education/Regulatory Requirements:o
Degree in Music Therapy from an AMTA accredited university within 6 months.o
Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) required within 6 months.B.
Skills:o
A minimum of one to two years music therapy experience preferred.o
Experience working in hospice, geriatrics, or in a health care related field preferred.o
Competence with the technical components necessary to complete the job.o
Must possess the ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance, a valid Florida Driver’s license and basic knowledge of the county territory.
