RIM also operates 31 outpatient sites throughout southeast Michigan specializing in sports medicine and orthopedics.Job SummaryUnder the supervision of a speech/language pathologist and/or audiologist (as appropriate) who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), performs the following:Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)-Speech/Language Pathology: Diagnoses disorders and provides therapy for patients who demonstrate communication impairments.Clinical Fellow-Audiology: Identifies hearing impaired patients; counsels patient/family; assists in educational management; makes referrals; selects hearing aids and ensures their proper use.

Qualifications

:1. CFY Speech/Language Pathology: Master's degree, or equivalent, in Speech-Language Pathology.2. Clinical Fellow Audiology: Master's degree, or equivalent (including coursework completion for the AUD), in Audiology.
