About the role:
The Retail Key Holder will work on the frontlines ensuring thatevery customer has a positive and comfortable experience. Theywill be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of itsprinciples (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and TeamCentered). The Key Holder will oversee other team members andopen and close the store as needed. They should have a passionfor fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
What you'll do:
* Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision andpurpose on the floor, as well as acting as the point of contactfor all customer service and operational questions
* Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example forwhat great customer experience and product knowledge looks like
* Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail SalesAssociates as needed, both new and tenured
* Foster and support a productive employee culture* Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and viaobservation to report to store management team
* Deliver results while putting the customer first and applyingan omni-channel mindset
* Build relationships with customers, team members and businesspartners
* Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers onfeatures and benefits
* Assess the customer's individual needs providing productrecommendations
* Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, anddisplays in accordance with Rhone's visual merchandisingstandards
* Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving areprocessed in accordance with Company standards
* Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in accordance withRhone's organizational standards
* Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions andsharing ideas
* Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

* Ability to handle customer interactions and potentialissues/concerns courteously and professionally
* Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment
Job Requirements:
* Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings,weekends, and holidays
* Available to work a minimum of 3 4-hours shifts per week* Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality* Ability to lift 25 pounds* Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, andstanding for extended periods
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States* Must be 18 years of age or older
