As a Retail Sales and Marketing Trainee, you'll be an integral part of our team, making retail events come alive in a way that resonates with today's generation.Retail Sales and Marketing Trainee Key Responsibilities:Quickly apply sales and marketing techniques to promote client informationComfortable presenting in-office group setting as well as one-on-oneAbility to build strong rapport with current clients and potential customersMaintain current relationships with clients by reaching brand exposure goalsActively seek to establish new pipelines of business by learning demographicsAbility to coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the teamComfortable working hands-on to set-up and organize equipmentAbove average math skills to track and record all inventoryRetail Sales and Marketing Trainee Qualifications:Previous sales experience is helpful but not requiredExperience within customer service and/or hospitality can be usefulMust have a positive attitude to achieve goalsPreemptive, problem-solving abilities are neededMust be able to quickly problem-solve to provide real-time solutions#LI-OnSitePowered by JazzHR
