Overview

Our RIDE Studio Coordinator is one who will help foster a unique, memorable, and inspirational client experience; encompassing the Aviator Nation lifestyle and brand image, while executing all studio operations and goals resulting in driving sales, ensuring a profitable studio, and growing our clientele and community. The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, managing class schedules, coordinating with instructors, overseeing studio maintenance and providing exceptional customer service to our members. The Studio Coordinator will have an open and direct line of communication with upper management to most effectively hold a firm knowledge of brand direction and focus.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of RIDE's studio including but not limited to RIDE instructors, studio cleanliness, safety and security within the studioAssist in training all employees and instructors on RIDE's policies and proceduresMaintain Mariana Tek and ClassPass schedules, updates, and back-end dutiesOversee NetGym subbing platformManage maintenance issues around the studio, including proactive personal handling and/or working with approved contractorsDevelop and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain pristine cleanliness around the studios and surrounding spacesEnsure all bikes, bags, props, mirrors, etc are meticulously cleaned and maintained by RIDE staffEnsure all equipment is efficiently working including but not limited to: sound system, lighting, headsets, bikes, and bagsProcess instructor payroll reportsProvide constructive feedback, direct collaboration with, and support to instructors; as well as issue warnings and write-ups when deemed necessaryRecruit, hold auditions, and schedule trainings for new instructors when necessaryImplement local and field marketing strategies to attract and retain community membersCollaborate with retail manager to plan challenges, events, and milestones. Ensure clients are receiving prizes in a timely manner.Keep all RIDE studio sheets up to date (class times, reports, etc)Communicate and work with retail management for promotion of studio challenges, RIDE staffing or scheduling concerns, marketing needs and more

Skills, Abilities & RequirementsMust have 2 permanent classes on schedule and must not exceed 8 permanent classes.Open and flexible availability; 20-26 hours a week (dependent on number of classes and admin hours; not to go OT)Have a thorough understanding of and enforce the employee handbook and RIDE's policies and proceduresPromote a sense of ownership and delegationStrong interpersonal skills with a team orientationKnowledge of all facets of a business operation (i.e chain of command, financial responsibilities, staffing needs, etc)Confident presentation ability, excellent written and oral communication skillsGood organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment

Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsMust be able to stand for long durations of time, kneel, bend, reach, climb, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbsAbility to climb a ladder and use a step stoolMust be able to work with hand and power operated tools and lift in order to execute display set upsStrong sensory skills - good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity

Compensation & Benefits:

$26-$28 DOE; paid sick leave, health benefits, monthly clothing, 50% employee discount at all Aviator Nation locations (Dreamland), free classes at RIDE
