CACI is seeking an experienced DoD Continuity Communications Analyst (SME) to support the National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) Management Office (NMO) within the Office of the Chief Information Officer of the Department of Defense where you will help set the policy and track Emergency Management programs at the senior level. This position is located in the Pentagon.

Responsibilities:

* Provide continuity of operations and continuity communications technical expertise, analysis support, and policy expertise.* Provide technical expertise, analysis support and policy expertise for National Security Systems initiatives including the DoD CIO continuity of operations/continuity of government program, continuity communications, and the DoD CIO Mission Assurance Management Program.* Provide technical and analytical support for the coordination and participation with the National Security and Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) Communications Executive Committee, technical interchange meetings, and program reviews.* Support the coordination for conferences and meetings by the development of briefings and briefing materials for use by senior leadership within the DoD CIO/NLCC as it pertains to Pentagon Resiliency efforts, national security systems, and interagency initiatives.* Support DOD continuity of operations and interagency and DoD continuity communications working groups.* Help plan and draft policy documents, and congressional correspondence, while providing subject matter expertise on wide range of DOD CIO taskings.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Active TS/SCI.* Master's degree or equivalent.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent and over 10 years of relevant related experience.* Prior Pentagon (Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Service staffs, etc.) or equivalent Departmental experience.* Proven knowledge of DoD communications systems and services.* Exceptional writing and editing skills.* Comfortable interacting with senior-level officials.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desired:

* Working knowledge of CATMS - DoD tasking system.* Knowledge of GETS and JCIDS.* ______________________________________________________________________________

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
