Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Or* Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Or* D.P.T. in Physical Therapy* Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License* Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
