Overview Coordinates, evaluates and provides music therapy to patients receiving hospice care. Responsibilities Develops, coordinates and provides an organized music therapy program. Provides music therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations. Develops a plan of care. Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, governmental and accreditation requirements. Participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities. Performs other job-related tasks as requested. Qualifications Required- Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute. Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
