What you'll be doing?

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic people manager to join as our Team Lead, Fashion at our LAX Tom Bradley International Airport location. You will be the primary conduit between the Assistant General Manager of Fashion, the product, and our customers. You will supervise, mentor and develop a cross-functional sales team, and foster a service environment to create a luxury service experience for our customers. You will demonstrate the ability to maintin an elevated client experience and building clientele.

Enhance Selling and the Customer ExperienceAssist the Assistant General Manager (AGM) to drive sales; work with the AGM on ways to increase team productivityPartner with the location leadership, client services, and sales associates in our fashion boutiques to enhance the customer experience

Team ManagementPartner with AGM to ensure the team has clear goals and objectives which remain focused on the customer experience and productivity targetsSupervise sales floor; manage team visibility on the shop floor for optimal staffing and floor coverageLiaise with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales on staff coverage and job duty scheduling needsEncourages team to meet or exceed location sales & profitability targets; be a role model on desired sales behavior

Product ManagementMaintain high standard of product and brand knowledge among your teamMaintain floor presentation to meet or exceed brand and DFS requirements; Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock (PS) levelsProvide feedback to PSM when supporting the development and execution of merchandise strategy, e.g. promotions, seasonal buys, etc. as required

Ideal Candidate

Degree or an equivalent combination of education; or work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential tasks of the role2 - 4 years' experience in the luxury retail; team leadership experience within retail or service industry preferredStrong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people at various levelsAbility to coach and mentor a commissioned sales teamComfortability with high-profile, high-volume locationPossess an outgoing and assertive personality, with a desire to lead and inspire their teamsPossess a passion for the brands and products in fashionGood communication skill, both spoken and written

The pay range of this position is $25 - $35/hour. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors.
