Position Purpose

Main Responsibilities:You will be primarily responsible for growing the UCM Career and Life Design Center audience and coaches along with brand visibility through the following activities:

Assist the Professional Clothing Studio Lead with the organization of donations and promotion of the StudioAssist with the support of professional appearance for UCM students in the Professional Clothing Studio while also creating new initiatives and trends.Provide outreach to campus about the Professional Clothing StudioAssist with the planning of 1-2 events per semester that partner with employers, faculty and staff departments, and student organizations on campusAssist with the new hire process and manages the onboarding process for new PCS assistantsPromote the Career and Life Design Center by attending and working semester events.Create awareness of the services available via faculty and student organization presentations and promote the Career and Life Design Center and Professional Clothing Studio.Help UCM students get connected, integrated, and engaged with their career readiness and life design.Additional Responsibilities:You could additionally be responsible for the following activities:

Peer support to the UNIV 3000: Career Readiness Course through preparation, integration of activities, and engagement/support for the students in the classroom.Peer support to the UNIV 1800: Life Design through preparation, integration of activities, and engagement/support for the students in the classroom.Peer support to the UNIV 1800: Design Your UCM /Design Your UCM -Transfer through preparation, integration of activities, and engagement/support for the students in the classroom.Co-host the Mules with the Mission podcast, plan episode content and run the Mules with a Mission Instagram account.Lead or assist with the spring semester THRIVE Career Readiness WorkshopsAssist with the organization of donations and cleanliness of the Professional Clothing StudioEducation & Formal Training
