We are seeking a Re-Marketing Administrator that will be responsible for reaching out to lessees notifying them they are near the end of the term and discuss possible future options with the lessee. Remarketing responsibilities include vehicle logistics as well as booking out lease turn ins. In this role, you will be analyzing inspection reports to maximize option content while also noting damage. You will also be responsible for coordinating transportation to auto auctions using advanced software, monitoring our growing inventory making sure vehicles do not slip through the cracks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Contacts the lessee to discuss end of term options• Sets appropriate and accurate call back dates and statuses in the system• Follows and completes 90-day check list when speaking with lessees• Initiate's inspection process with inspection company at end of term and follow up until the appointment is set or the vehicle purchase is complete• Applies knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information and responds to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner• Contacts customers via telephone or E-mail correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet company standards• Remains current on market conditions regarding products, product updates and modern technologies through available resources• Maintains updated, organized electronic files in appropriate application• Traces and expedites past due terminations to ensure lessee and financial institution satisfaction• Organizing vehicle transportation pick-ups nationwide with auto auction logistic departments• Resolve transportation issues as they arise• Review auction & lessee inspection reports• Booking lease return vehicles to maximize the vehicles option content• Communicating and working with remarketing department and customer service representatives• Assisting Remarketing Department with end of sale process• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Organized and self-motivated with strong time management skills• Superior communication and customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong computer skills• Ability to effectively prioritize and work independently.• Strong knowledge of MS Office especially Excel• Knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry a plus• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

What's the expected pay for this role?

base pay of $40,000 to $60,000 per yearThe exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
