Work Schedule: Flexible working hours dependent on student choice and availability. Supervisor and work site availability is 8-5 Mon-Fri, as needed. The job responsibilitiescan mostly be accomplished remotely.
Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Spring
Pay Rate: 12
Job Description: Assist with all photo and video creative needs of Animal Birth Control Clinic through planning, executing, and collaborating with the Executive Director, DevelopmentAssistant, and others within the organization. The student working will be responsible for capturing, editing and delivering video and photos to support the clinic's print and digital marketing materials.• Capture engaging videos and photos to support the creative marketing processinside the clinic, outside the clinic, and within the community, in neighborhoodsand at special events.• Assist with maintaining a consistent identity of the clinic by following the brandguidelines while meeting the marketing requirements.• Think creatively and develop a robust video and photo library for printed anddigital content.• Assist with managing the clinic's social media calendar.• Assist with curating social media content for events, campaigns, and otherprojects.Provide marketing and communications support to assigned area of responsibilityAssist with various projects, activities or tasks related to marketing and communicationsSupport marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordinglyExhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaborativelyAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendance
