Job Description
As a Polysomnography Technician at CentraCare, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders by administering sleep tests and PAP titrations for outpatients. You will have the opportunity to recommend therapy modifications and closely monitor respiratory variables to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Following comprehensive training, you will gain expertise in scoring and interpreting polysomnographic recordings, identifying technical issues, and understanding underlying pathophysiology. SCHEDULE & PAYCasual | 12 hours every two weeksNights | 12-hour shift | 7pm - 7amPay determined by experienceNight shift differential: $1.10-$1.45 more an hour
QUALIFICATIONSCompletion of an AMA approved academic program for respiratory care or completion of neurodiagnostic program.Current CPR certificationLicensed: Registered Polysomnography Technologist OR Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (REEGT) OR Registered Respiratory Therapist Respiratory Care Practitioners (CRTT/RRT) OR Registered Nurse (RN)
